Ali Caldwell is a REALTOR® and entrepreneur who embodies a spirit of adventure and a profound love for the Colorado mountains. Her journey into real estate began with her own frustrating experience with the home buying process. After encountering countless obstacles and disappointments, including 18 unsuccessful offers and two failed attempts to purchase land, she decided to take matters into her own hands and get her real estate license. Her personal experience has instilled in her a deep empathy for others facing similar challenges and created a genuine desire to provide her clients with a personalized, one-on-one experience, without the difficulties she encountered in the home buying process.

 

Ali's extensive familiarity with the foothills also allows her to offer invaluable guidance and find properties that align with her clients' unique lifestyles and aspirations.  She understands the importance of finding the right home and whether her clients are searching for their dream home in Evergreen, Golden, Genesee, or anywhere in between, Ali is committed to providing them with unbiased advice and insight and representing them with confidence and unwavering dedication. She believes in providing a personalized approach to every client and providing them with the attention and support they deserve.  

 

Outside of work as a real estate agent, Ali, together with her husband Brandon and their bernedoodle, Yogi, embraces a life immersed in the beauty of the mountains through numerous outdoor activities, including snowboarding, yoga, rock climbing, and hiking.  And, when Ali isn't exploring the wonders of nature, she’s actively engaged with her local community, running a small superfood company.  On weekends, you’ll find her selling her products at farmers markets, connecting with people and sharing her passion for wholesome living and an active mountain lifestyle.
