Our Story
Julia Purrington and Nick Melzer decided to start the Colorado Foothills Team in 2020 to do something different. We didn't want to be just another group of real estate agents selling houses. We wanted to bring together a group of agents with different skillsets, backgrounds, and personalities who share a vision of customer service, local knowledge, and collaboration beyond what's typically expected of real estate agents.
Since our founding, we've grown to be one of the most successful real estate teams in the foothills and have been recognized as being in the top 1% of small teams nationwide in the Berkshire Hathaway network. We'd like to think we've done so by offering our clients exceptional service and expertise, beyond their expectations. We know what it means to represent a client zealously, competently, loyally, and with their best interests at heart.
