Real Estate Team Marketing/Admin Position

Our small (yet audacious), top-producing, and growing real estate team in Evergreen is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, self-starter with experience in marketing, advertising/graphic design, and social media management. The perfect candidate is a creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual, who knows how to work in a team and is comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment. This new position will manage our team’s marketing efforts and support our real estate agents by coordinating and managing marketing initiatives as well as coordinate key team tasks and activities to help take our fast-growing business to the next level.
Duties will include:
Creating and managing marketing material for the team and its real estate professionals by preparing designs for print, online, and social-media marketing, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, and social media posts;
Additional responsibilities may include creative writing for ads and social posts, managing visualcontent, (i.e., videos and photos on multiple internet sites and platforms), and answering phones;
Managing and enhancing the team’s marketing strategy, including our print, website, online, and social media presence;
Creating property and customer specific presentations;
Managing our CRM platform, database, and email campaigns; and
Periodic executive-assistant duties, as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of experience in marketing or a related field, or a similar combination of education and experience;
Experience creating and editing marketing materials, preferably with Adobe applications, Canva, and similar programs; and
Experience with Facebook and Instagram Platforms.

Pay: $20-30 per hour (or a similar salary) depending on skillset and experience.
Job Type: Part-time – 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to become a full-time position in the future if the need arises.
